Obliging and understanding staff, it was such great stay.
The hotel was placed in the very central location in bar or terrace area.

The room I had was cheap and spotless with a clean bathroom. The venue was in a very central location short walk to the main areas and all shops and amenities and the retail park and the main town

The whole experience was quite dismal, really. The heating was freezing and I had to request a heater twice, pointless. I expected to have a fantastic room, but ended up with a cramped one while others got lovely spacious rooms. I almost considered a good review, but couldn't.

The dishes served at the dining areas, especially the comprehensive buffet breakfast, were consistently good. The leisure facilities included family pool access.
Sound insulation seems to be a major oversight. Noise from events like weddings rattled through the walls, disrupting sleep, especially in the area allocated for rally weekend which felt ignored by hotel policies. The lack of available parking during busy times added to the frustration, alongside occasional poor room maintenance and outdated decor that screamed for a refresh. I encountered issues with inconsistent temperature control in my room, leading to discomfort during the night. A strange mix of excitement with noise from guests and insufficient cleanliness in the spa facilities left more to be desired for a relaxing experience.

It would be nice to rent bathrobes for the sauna, there are only towels to rent. And not every business traveller brings his own bathrobe.

Super was the pool with sauna and Jacuzzi. The bar is very nice and also the lobby. Great was the staff that made the TV work.
The shower is super modern and equipped with 2 heads, but the device for selecting the shower head can hardly be operated with wet and foamy fingers. The same applies to the temperature setting. It was too hot.
